Rinehart 100 3D Archery Shoot

About the Event:

For those that aren’t familiar, the Rinehart 100 is a traveling 3d archery course. This event is Saturday and Sunday, March 16th-17th in Eufaula, Alabama. Check out www.r100.org for some photos of recent shoots and if you happen to have any questions feel free to get in contact with me. The shoot is a ton of fun and is very laid back. I hope to see some of you guys there! Below is some more info on the R100 shoot.

-The R100 is a family friendly 3D archery circuit that works with clubs all across the country to host R100 events. All events will be the same format including 2 50 target courses which are referred to the African Range and the North American Range. On top of the 2 courses, we also provide side events each day which you can learn more about below.
-When you arrive at the event, you will check in (pick up cards if you are pre-registered or register if you have not pre-registered online). Once you have received your scorecards and raffle tickets you can head straight out to the course or warm up at the practice range.
-The schedule of events is provided both online and on the back of the provided scorecards. Please read this information as it lists the schedule for side events and when registration and score entry close each day.
-In the event of inclement weather, we will shoot rain or shine. The only foreseeable circumstance that will result in closing the course is flooding or lightening. In the event of lightening, we will close the range until the storm passes and reopen as soon as we can confirm that it is safe to shoot.
-The max group size at the R100 is 5 shooters. If you are attending the event by yourself and would like to shoot with a group you can ask to join others or ask the event coordinator to help with teaming you up with a group. There is no assigned group start times or pairings. As long as the course is open, you can shoot when and with whomever you wish.
-Scoring for the R100 will be center 12’s on IBO inserts. Each archer will shoot 1 arrow per target and the scoring will be as follows: 12,10,8,5,0. The only exception to this is during the Super Ten team shoot where we will shoot ASA style lower 12’s with 14’s in play. The Super Ten will also feature color dots for the 12 and 14 rings.
-All divisions are known yardage. Range finders are allowed and we will provide you with a yardage sheet if you do not have a range finder. The only exception to this is the Super Ten team shoot which is unknown yardage.
-Spectators are allowed on the range at no additional cost. Pets are welcome as well as long as they are people and pet friendly.
-Registration and score entry will be completed by the shooter on our registration kiosk stations. When you have entered your score, it will appear on the Live Scoring TV.
-Refunds- we do not offer refunds for pre-registered shooters who do not show up. Refunds will also not be given to shooters who only shoot part of the course. Refunds will only be given in the event of an event cancelation (flooding, shark tornado, etc.).
-Please respect the grounds and targets at the event. We want to leave the host clubs as clean as possible and respect their property as if it was our own. Please treat the targets with care and do not climb on any target as they are not built to withstand weight on top of them.
