New Mexico Merriam Turkey Camp & Hunt – April 16 –18
I’m hosting a New Mexico mountain Merriam turkey camp and hunt April 16 – 18 and am looking for a few hunters who would like to join us.
Camp Location: Cloudcroft, New Mexico
Hunting Area: Lincoln National Forest
This will be a true camping style hunt focused on chasing mountain Merriam turkeys while enjoying good food, fellowship, campfire stories, and time in the outdoors.
To keep the experience enjoyable and manageable, I am limiting participation to six hunters.
This is intended to be a family friendly camp, so there will be no alcohol permitted. Kids and young hunters are welcome, and the goal is to create a positive atmosphere for hunters of all ages.
Please note that all New Mexico hunting licenses, tags, permits, and associated fees will be the responsibility of each individual hunter.
Whether you’re an experienced turkey hunter looking to add a mountain Merriam to your resume or simply want to spend a few days hunting public land in beautiful country with good people, we’d love to have you.
