What are the benefits of joining the Hunt Club?
Our Hunt Club program is one of the most unique ones available. Members have exclusive access to the Hunt Lab on the website. Members are invited to participate in all Events and learning Webinars as well as Workshops across the country. We offer a Private Hunt Club Forum that has extremely high engagement where our staff networks, shares tips, events, and more. Additionally, we offer Video Editing Modules, Hunt Swaps, Partner Discounts, Video Editing Services through our Field Staff, and Apparel Discounts.
Do you have an age restriction on being a part of the team?
Yes, our crew requires that you be 18 or older.
I cancelled and I can no longer access the Private Facebook Group, what gives?
Our Private Facebook Group is exclusive for our active Hunt Club Members. We remove members who have canceled to maintain the integrity of the group for the active, paying members.
What is the difference between a Hunt Club Member and Field Staff?
Our Hunt Club Membership is geared towards hunters looking to take in knowledge and be part of the community. Some benefits of a Hunt Club member is access to the Private Group Forum where you can ask real-world hunters questions and connect with the hunting community, access to our Hunt Swap program, Partner Discounts up to 50% off, access to The Hunt Lab on the website, 20% Discount on Cervicide Gear, free webinars, workshops, and events across the country.
Our Field Staff Membership is geared toward hunters who want to produce content. The Field Staff Membership includes all of the benefits of the Hunt Club in addition to access to video editors, 20% off all Cervicide Gear, content payouts, and more.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charge each month on the day that you signed up (if paying monthly) or each year on the day you signed up (if paying annually).
How do I cancel and are there any termination fees?
You can cancel by going to the “Member Portal”, clicking on the “My Account” link and clicking the “Cancel” link in your subscription. There are no termination fees, you are welcome to cancel at any time.
My credit card has expired, how do I update it?
Go to the “Member Portal” and click the “My Account” link. There will be an “Update Payment Method” link on that page where your subscription is listed. That is where you update your card. Be sure not to update your payment method on the main “My Account” page as that will update the card setting for store purchases only.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Out of respect for our partners and their discounts, we cannot offer any refund unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please contact us if you feel this is the case.
I paid for an annual membership, but want to cancel half way through, can I get a pro-rated refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer pro rated annual memberships.
What happens if my payments fail?
Our system will automatically attempt to capture payments once per week for 3 weeks after a failed payment. After the final attempt, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your membership removed. Please contact us if you’d like to regain access.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, the minimum payout is $25. Your account balance will stay in place indefinitely until you reach your $25 payout threshhold. Only active members are eligible for payout.
How do I get paid?
We payout via check.
When do I get paid?
We process payments for all members over the $25 payment threshhold quarterly (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st). We will contact you around that time to let you know you have a payment on the way and how much. Note that you will be paid for content that has been published, so if your content is scheduled to be published on July 15th, it would not be eligible for the July 1 payout.
Do I have to be a member to provide content to get payments?
Yes, only active Field Staff Members are eligible for content submission and payments.
How do I know if my content was chosen?
We will email you if we choose to use any submission (blog, video, review, etc…). We receive a lot of submissions and only respond to the ones we choose. Also, sometimes due to quantity we may choose your content, but not feature it for weeks or months, so it may be chosen at a later date. High quality and preferably featuring Cervicide gear or gear from our partners provide the greatest likelihood of being chosen.
How quickly will I get my item?
We ship all items within 3-5 business days via standard ground shipping, so you should have it within a week with the exception of some hats. As our hats are custom embroidered on a per item basis, they typically take 3-5 days prior to shipping, so up to two weeks for custom embroidered hats.
What are your shipping and handling costs?
Shipping and handling is automatically calculated and will be shown on your cart at checkout.
How do I get My Membership Discount?
Cervicide discounts are only available for active members. You can find your coupon code on the partners page under “Cervicide Shop”.
Something is wrong with my order, what do I do?
