I’m a husband, grandfather, and someone who truly enjoys time in the woods and working the land God’s blessed us with. Some of my favorite moments are spent with my granddaughters—whether we’re out on the farm, mixing mineral, or just making memories together.
For me, this lifestyle is about more than hunting. It’s about faith, family, and being a good steward of what we’ve been given. That means putting in the work—building habitat, planting food plots, and doing everything we can to help our deer thrive.
I don’t claim to be an expert. I’ve learned through trial and error—by trying new things, making mistakes, and figuring out what actually works on our ground.
The name Squared Away comes from my time in the Navy, where I learned the importance of having things in order, being prepared, and doing things the right way. That mindset stuck with me. And in a lot of ways, that’s exactly what we’re trying to do for our deer—help get them “squared away” by giving them the minerals and nutrition they need to grow and thrive.
