Over the counter Bear, black tail, or elk hunt looking to swap for a white tail hunt and hog hunt

Here we have a lot of species of big game species, small game species, wing shooting, and predator hunts. I am on the west side of the state and all or most hunting is public land and over the counter tags. So depending on the species really depends on the year.
